A&A Mountain Film — Digital Products Refund Policy

At A&A Mountain Film, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational resources, filmmaking materials and creative production tools.

1. Digital Products

Our products are delivered electronically and may include ebooks, PDF guides, downloadable resources, templates, creative assets and access to digital resource libraries.

No physical products are shipped.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may request cancellation before their digital content has been delivered or accessed.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or expressly authorized by A&A Mountain Film.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually.

3. Technical Problems

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file or discover that the digital product is materially defective, please contact us.

We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing technical assistance, replacement files or another appropriate remedy.

Where required by applicable law, customers may request a refund or exercise other statutory remedies.

4. European Union and United Kingdom Customers

Eligible customers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right.

For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost after delivery begins where the customer has provided the legally required express consent and acknowledged the loss of the cancellation right.

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in effect.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights.

Please provide your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue.

We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment processor timelines.
